Who’s Behind Our Bar

Lindsey Rehmel is an ER nurse and cocktail chemist, loves all things bourbon, tequila, college football and animals. She makes a mean Mexican Sunrise and can be found watching reruns of Friends with a drink in hand. She brings to the table her bartending experience and liquor expertise from the old school days before the ER.

Mitchell Easton has the best hair this side of the Mississippi River and has been putting out fires for the last 10 years.  He is a fireman with a love for Tito’s vodka and all things bartending that’s as big as his personality.  He is a major creative engine behind Hook and Can, with lots of ideas on new drink combos and a heavy handed pour for inspiration.  He’s sure to keep your guest laughing and make delicious drinks that will make your event one to remember!
